Sleight of Hand Artist Shin Lim Will Blow You Away, Guaranteed!
Magic is awesome. Well maybe not all magic. There’s some pretty hacky stuff out there, but when it comes to high level sleight of hand, that is an art that deserves a lot of respect. I’ve watched a lot of magicians, sleight of hand artists, cardicians, whatever you want to call them, but none have fascinated me quite to the level of obsession is one man, by the name of Shin Lim.
If you’ve never heard of or seen Shin Lim perform, he’s probably best known for his performance on Season 2 of the Magic competition show Penn and Teller: Fool Us. Do yourself a huge favour and watch his performance below:
If you’re still reading right now, I’m going to assume that you’re done watching the video and have finished cleaning yourself up after soiling your undies because of HOW GOD DAMN EPIC THAT WAS.
Seriously, how many times did you go back to try and catch those moves? Come on, Shin Lim is the man.
Well, now that you’re officially a member of the Shin Lim Fan Club, guess what? According to RottenTomatoes.com, Mr. Lim is set to return to Fool Us on Episode 3 of Season 4 which airs on July 27, less than a week away! OMG!
No, this is not a sponsored post. I am not affiliated with Shim Lim, Penn, Teller, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, or anybody associated with them (as far as I know). I just think this guy is truly amazing.
Before you go, do yourself another huge favour and dive deeper in to all that is Shin by watching his performance of “52 Shades of Red”. If this doesn’t blow your socks off, your name is either Shin Lim, or you need a 5 Hour Energy, because you’re probably half asleep.
If you really like his stuff, you can follow him on instagram @shinlimmagic, he posts a ton of cool stuff on there regularly. Again, not affiliated, the guy is just dope, and I’m a huge nerd.
